◾The Aquatic Plain: has a sport pool (25m), a fun space for children and baby swimmers, a health/fitness pool for aquagym and other water sports (aqua biking, aqua running, etc.) The Plaine Forme, devoted to fitness (cardio training, body-building, group lessons, fitness studio, etc.)
◾The Plainitude, a relaxation space with sauna and spa bath
◾The Plaine Ludiboo, 1,800 m2 of games reserved for 2-12 year olds
◾The Plaine Gourmande, a restaurant space comprising La Cantine des Toques Rebelles, fitness and diets for adults, and Les P’tits Rebelles, a specific offer for children.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 9.30 pm. On Saturday and Sunday between 9 am and 7 pm.
