Patricia, the president, wanted to pay tribute to the Veneto (or Venetia, the region around Venice), where she and her whole family are originally from.

For their ice creams, they use only organic milk from the Moigny-sur-Ecole farm and rigorously selected quality products.
Here are two new ice-cream cakes on offer:
- Vacherin glacé: Madagascar Bourbon vanilla ice cream and strawberry-basil sorbet, French meringue and chantilly.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Friday between 2 pm and 7.30 pm. On Saturday between 11 am and 7.30 pm. On Sunday between 11 am and 6 pm.
