Livry vineyards

Présentation
From the Middle Ages until the plants were uprooted by phylloxera at the end of the 19th century, vine-growing and wine production were the main activity of the people of Livry.
Today, it is the Confrérie Le Clos des Pierrottes that is reviving the winegrowing tradition linked to the town's past. It manages a plot of land where 400 Chardonnay vines are planted, and organises related activities and festivities.
