This monumental press was built in 1850 by Désiré Naveau, companion of the Tour de France.
It remains a single piece of Ile de France.
The stature of the press, its importance, its double presses operating alternately allowed to obtain hundreds hectoliters of cider, real magic potion of our ancestors.
During the tour you will discover the wheel of sandstone, the magnificent Pigeonnerie pushing the huge beam on crushed, but more importantly, you will make a trip to this time not so unusual, and so unusual in the late nineteenth century.
