You have an exclusively private space of 80m² at your service, including a 18 m² bedroom with a 160cm bed, a living room place about 50 m² adjacent to the bedroom with couch, TV, table football, home cinema, mini-bar, café and tea room. You have also an italian shower room with hydromassage shower columns, a private entrance, a private terrace and an direct access to the park and the swimming pool. Freiendly and domestic ambience.
