Pretty gîte adjoining the owners' house, private 400 m² garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. Farmyard animals on site.
NON-SMOKING GITE. Short stays from 2 nights minimum.
NO PARTIES OR EVENINGS. Music outside not possible.
PLEASE NOTE: the capacity of the gîte cannot be exceeded either day or night (12 people maximum, children included). On the ground floor: large living room/lounge (sofas, wood stove, TV, DVD with a large selection of films), library (books in French, English, German, open kitchen (bean coffee machine), WC .Scullery with washing machine.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and shower room/WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160) and lounge area, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (including 1 160) + mezzanine with 2 single beds (90). Bathroom (shower, bathtub and WC). - Included in the price: WIFI. Baby equipment: 4 baby beds and 2 high chairs, baby bath, changing table. - In addition: Central heating (3 to 7€/day). Tourist tax. - Optional services: sheet rental (€10/bed) and bathroom linen (€5/person). Animal package €10 (night/animal). Cleaning fee €75 (includes kitchen linen, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee beans, charcoal for the barbecue). Basket of wood possible (5€/day), note for the proper functioning of the wood stove: you must only use wood provided by the owners, it is not possible to bring your own wood. In an enclosed area in the garden there is a small unheated swimming pool (1 by 2 meters, and 70 cm deep), with a green beach around it.
Barbecue and pizza oven available.
Ping-pong table, trampoline. Children's games and board games available. Concierge services: babysitter and restaurant reservations, reception and storage of your shopping before your arrival, tourist information. Possibility of picking you up at the nearest station. For companies and business trips: linen rental and cleaning package required
