The Hameau de Cofféry is home to the charming cottage La Bricole de Cofféry located 40 km from Disneyland® Paris, between Coulommiers and La Ferté - Gaucher (mechanical leisure center 10 km away), 20 minutes from Rozay-en-Brie and the Parc Felines of Lumigny.
Reception at the station possible. Ideal for nature lovers. This is why we ask our guests to avoid noise pollution. Béatrice and Franck have been members of the LPO (Bird Protection League) for several years and they are keen to develop biodiversity in their garden. After the broods of tits in the nest boxes, they were able to repeatedly observe a woodpecker, a squirrel, white-fronted redstarts and an owl! Béatrice also offers courses for making good bread.
During your stay, enjoy the enclosed garden (raspberries, strawberries, apples, pears), garden furniture and barbecue. NON-SMOKING GITE LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE (babies included):
On the ground floor: living room/lounge with wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, WC, technical room.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (one reserved for children over 6 years old, because accessible by a small ladder; 90 x 190), bathroom (bath and shower), WC; office area with a library (children's books and novels, as well as tourist books).
On the 2nd floor, accessible via the 2nd bedroom: 1 bedroom opening onto the staircase (like a mezzanine) with 2 single beds (90 x 200). Board games available in the storage areas under the slope. - Included in the price: Internet. Baby bed and high chair. - In addition: Electric heating and possibility of heating with the stove. Wood: the first crate offered then wood for a fee (€5/crate). Tourist tax - Optional services: Sheet rental (€12/bed) and bathroom linen (€4). Cleaning package (€50). For individuals, rental of double bed sheets (160 x 200) free on request. For companies and business trips: obligatory cleaning fee (€50) and obligatory rental of sheets - Gîte limited to 5 people.
