You will be able to easily get to Paris thanks to the RER just 1 km away. On the ground floor: living room/lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, etc.). Independent WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a King Size double bed (180 x 190 - possibility of separating the bed into 2 single beds). 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90 x 190). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 190) and its integrated bathroom. A second bathroom with WC. Small garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. - Included in the price: Internet. Baby cot. - In addition: Electric heating (according to meter reading). Tourist tax - Optional services: rental of sheets (12 €/bed) and towels (4 €/person). Cleaning fee (€100). For companies and people on business trips: rental of sheets and obligatory cleaning fee.
