Gîte on the 1st floor of a 17th century building. On the ground floor double garage, owner's shop and saddlery.
Access to the first floor via a steep staircase and cloakroom equipped with coat racks and shelves. Living room with sofas and small television. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 90x200 beds, with the possibility of separating them). Corridor access via 4 steps leading to the other rooms. Fully equipped dining kitchen with table for 5 people. 1 bedroom with a 90x200 bed. 1 large bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. Shower room and separate WC. - Included in the price: WIFI. Baby bed and high chair on request. - In addition: Electric heating, flat rate €12/day (for a reasonable temperature between 19 and 21° - beyond this flat rate increased to €18/day). Tourist tax - Optional services: Sheet rental (€8/bed) and towels (€5/person). Cleaning package (€50). Deposit €500. Short stays 3 nights minimum.
