60 km from Paris and 10 km from Fontainebleau, the Gîte de la Girafe welcomes you in the charming village of Féricy, near sites for climbing, horse riding (Grand Parquet), golf.
Many tourist sites in the region: Châteaux of Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy lès Tours, villages of Barbizon, Samois, Moret sur Loing, but also Provins and Disneyland Paris. Gîte located in a very quiet street, close to the surrounding nature. Pleasant garden with furniture and barbecue. Parking near the cottage. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (high-end multi-language pyrolysis oven with cooking aid, freezer, kitchen equipment, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set, fondue, plancha, washing machine, dryer) , living room (sofa, TV, Playstation 3, board games), dining room opening onto terrace and garden. Scullery and WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (160), 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed (2 places 140). Bathroom. WC. - Included in the price: Sheets. Gas heating. - In addition: Tourist tax. Possibility of renting crash pads for climbing (5€/crash pad/day). - Optional services: Rental of bathroom linen (€5/person). Cleaning package (€65). - Pets only on request: CONTACT the owners BEFORE booking. If the animal is accepted, in this case Animal package to be paid on site (€6/day/animal) + an animal deposit (€500). Arrivals: 5 p.m. / Departure: 2 p.m. Deposit check of €500 requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay. For companies and business trips: obligatory cleaning fee (€65).
