100 km from Paris, 22 km from Nemours and 7 km from Egreville, the Moulin de Gros Lot is located in a hamlet 3 km from the town of Bransles, in the heart of a vast landscaped and wooded property of 2.6 ha. On site: 250m² reception area, two guest rooms (ref 10266) and a gîte for 8 people (ref 540). This magnificent 18th century building has been carefully restored. The trailer is located in a quiet wooded area, surrounded by nature. The "Campanule" trailer is made up of an alcove with 1 of 140 x 190, a living/lounge area with a fitted kitchen area and a shower room with WC. A terrace at the entrance of the caravan allows you to contemplate nature. Garden furniture and deck chairs. Treated "extreme cold" the caravan is pleasant to live in even in winter. Electric heating included. Rental of sheets and towels (10€/person). Cleaning fee (25 €). Deposit of 300 €.
