Le Colombier, maison déco et confortable, idéalement située proche de la forêt du Massif des Trois Pignons.
The house Le Colombier, located in Le Vaudoué offers a magnificent environment for weekends or holidays. Between forest (direct access to La Forêt des 3 Pignons and in particular le parcours des 25 bosses) & countryside, the region is suitable for hiking, cycling, climbing or horseback riding.
The charming villages of Barbizon and Milly la Forêt are close by. Cultural walks are also to be done in Fontainebleau and its surroundings.
Our house is located in the heart of the village, close to a grocery store (which offers fresh bread), a pharmacy, a tobacco shop and the post office.
The 175m² house, completely renovated in 2020, has 4 bedrooms equipped with new bedding. In the garden, near the house, you can sleep in Le Colombier. A real experience. Le Colombier has a bedroom upstairs which is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a private bathroom on the ground floor. The cathedral living room is 40m² with 10m high ceilings. The house has a veranda adjoining the living room which is very bright. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave. Crockery for 10 people is provided. There is a TV lounge area on the mezzanine. The house is equipped with a TV and WiFi. We provide bed linen and towels. There are two bathrooms in the main house (one with a walk-in shower and bath and one with a bath) and a bathroom in Le Colombier with a walk-in shower.
Cleaning is an extra charge (compulsory).
A nice wall of rocks surrounds the property wich represent 1200m² of garden around the house. A large garden table, garden furniture, a BBQ and sun loungers are available.
