43 km from Paris, 34 km from Disneyland® Paris and 20 km from Melun. The Gîte de la Brindille, ideally located, welcomes you to the heart of a charming traditional Briard village nestled between woods and rivers.
You can follow the marked hiking trails that run through the fields and forests, stroll along the Yerres or fish there, or relax in the garden surrounded by orchards.
Many local producers nearby (dairy products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, honey, flours, etc.). Tourist sites: Vaux le Vicomte 15km, Fontainebleau 35km, Meaux 40km and Provins 45km. Possibility of coming to the cottage by public transport: Verneuil l'Etang station (5 km) then bus line 21 (Boissy Léger / Verneuil l'Etang). NO COMPANIES OR BUSINESS TRAVEL - NON-SMOKING GITE Overlooking the street, semi-detached village house of old and renovated construction, located 100m from the owners' house. No private parking but you can park on the street or in a municipal car park 50m away. At the rear of the gîte and overlooking the owners' fully enclosed orchard (apples and quinces), pretty private garden of 225m² with trees and flowers with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and 2 deck chairs. On the ground floor: entrance, small fitted kitchen with access to the garden via a farm door, living/dining room with wood stove, sofa and TV, bathroom with WC.
Upstairs (safety barrier at the top of the stairs): sloping landing room with toys for children, opening onto a large and pretty 19m² bedroom, attic and open, equipped with a 140x190 double bed and 2 single beds. 90x200 (exposed stones and beams). - Included in the price: WIFI. Sheets. Towels. Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot, changing table, bathtub, crockery. - In addition: electric heating (metered). Tourist tax - Optional service: cleaning package (€50). Deposit to be given on arrival: €300 2 nights minimum all year round, except summer.
