NON-SMOKING GITE.
On the ground floor: large living room/lounge (TV/DVD), wood stove (wood €10), equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 (2x80), Italian bathroom, WC, laundry (1 washing machine, 1 dryer).
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, shower room, WC.
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, bathroom, WC. - Included in the price: Sheets. WIRELESS. Baby cot. High chair. - In addition: Fuel heating (fixed price from €31 to €40/day). Tourist tax extra. - Optional services: bathroom linen rental (€8/person). Cleaning package (€119) which does not include cleaning the barbecue and its grills. Wood extra. For any reservation made directly with the owner, payment possible by transfer, holiday vouchers or cash (checks refused). DEPOSIT: €1000
Possibility of closing 1 room with 2 beds, for a lower price: contact us. For associations, organizations, companies and business trips: obligatory cleaning fee (€119)
