The "Monarque" gîte is located in an outbuilding in the heart of a beautiful, fully enclosed 9 ha wooded park with an unprotected pond (park authorized for walks on the trails). Enclosure with two Shetlands.
Owners' house and other gîtes on the same property (see gîte 495 and 525).
Private parking, 76m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs.
Heated indoor swimming pool accessible all year round, common to all gîtes (with time slots reserved for each gîte). On the ground floor: beautiful living room/lounge with sofas and armchairs, TV and large table, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). A large bedroom accessible to disabled people with 2 single beds (90 x 200) or double version (180x200), private bathroom. A toilet/sink.
Upstairs: A bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and shower room/WC. A bedroom with 1 double bed 140, a baby bed and a bathroom/WC. 3 bedrooms each with 2 90cm single beds. One bedroom with 1 160cm double bed and bathroom.
On the landing: 2 toilets, a bathroom with washing machine
