Between Coulommiers and La Ferté Sous Jouarre, pleasant cottage located in a hamlet in the commune of DOUE. Claudine welcomes you to her eco-lodge with the Tourism and Disabilities label. An ideal place to relax in peace or to telework. A generous nature: Claudine will be delighted to advise/accompany you on the region's hiking trails and share its history.
On the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room with TV. Separate shower room and WC, accessible to people with reduced mobility. A bedroom with 1 double bed 160X190 (or 2 beds 80 x 190). Door giving access to the garden.
Upstairs: a large bedroom of 40 m², opening onto the staircase, offers a lovely view of the garden. It is equipped with a 140 double bed and a single “futon type” bed. An office area and a library complete the space. Outside: parking spaces for 2 cars, enclosed but not enclosed garden, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. A beautiful green garden space. - Included in the price: WIFI. Equipment for babies and children on request (baby chair and bed, children's games) - In addition: low temperature underfloor heating by heat pump. Tourist tax - Optional services: Rental of sheets and towels. Cleaning fee. Possibility of face-to-face Reiki energy treatments upon reservation and hiking support around the gîte For companies and business trips: linen rental and household package required Vegetable garden corner: an opportunity to discuss vegetable production and, depending on the season, to taste it.
