Only 35 km from Paris and 15 km from Disneyland Paris, the Tree of Life is a pleasant cottage for 4 people. Alain and Maryse, the owners, are on site.
Renters must be the same people booking, during the 2024 Olympics period, ID will be required upon arrival
The cottage has two terraces and a private garden. Outdoor games including a trampoline (under the responsibility of the parents), indoor games. Shed with garden furniture and various storage spaces (to store your stroller...).
Free enclosed parking inside the property with the possibility of possibly parking a camper van. Gîte protected by an alarm. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven, washing machine) open to a living room opening onto a tiled terrace on each side. Living room with TV area, DVD player, WIFI, sofa bed. Shower room with tiled walk-in shower measuring 1.20m by 1.20m. Separate WC.
Upstairs: two mezzanine bedrooms served by two separate staircases with plenty of storage space:
A bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm) lit by a “VELUX” roof window.
A bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm) lit by a “VELUX” roof window, desk/dressing table.
These two bedrooms with independent access benefit from a small dividing door which allows the little ones to be monitored. Child safety is installed at the top of the stairs. - Included in the price: Sheets. Towels and tea towels. WIRELESS. Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair on request. - In addition: Tourist tax - Optional service: Cleaning package (€55). For companies and business trips: obligatory cleaning fee (€55). In the event of loss of the remote control or non-return on departure, an amount of €44 will be requested by the owner.
Possibility to rent 1 night on request from the owner.
