70 km from Paris, 20 km from Fontainebleau, 8 km from Nangis, very beautiful domain on a wooded park of 10 ha (forests, unprotected ponds 100 meters from the gîte, enclosure with 2 sheep, a goat) in the heart of the Villefermoy forest.
FOR THE ATTENTION OF ASSOCIATIONS: for any request for stays, please contact the owners Independent building comprising 2 gîtes (1 gîte on the ground floor and 1 gîte upstairs). Parking in front of the cottages. Shared outdoor space with private garden furniture and stone barbecue. Owners' house and guest rooms on the property. Other accommodation on site not labeled. Unusual accommodations are also being created.
From mid-May to September depending on weather conditions, access to the owners' outdoor swimming pool under certain conditions (standard swimsuits and time slots to be arranged with the owners). The swimming pool is shared by all tenants and owners. Gîte located on the ground floor:
Equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), living room/lounge with sofas, TV. 2 Bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x190 and 1 single bed 90, one bedroom with 2 beds 90x200. 2 bathrooms with WC. - Included in the price: Sheets. Oil heating. WIRELESS. Baby bed and high chair on request. Shared tumble dryer in outdoor room. - In addition: tourist tax - Optional services: Bathroom linen rental (€6/person). Cleaning package (€70). Pets accepted on prior request to the owners.
