This gîte is adjoining two other accommodations.
Private outdoor parking, at the entrance to the property. The exteriors are currently being fitted out (spring 2024). A private space will be provided with garden furniture, barbecue. On the ground floor: large living room with a lounge area (2 sofas, armchair, TV), a large dining table, and a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker , classic coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine). A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with shower and sink. Laundry room. WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. And a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with its bathtub and WC.
On request all beds can be separated to make single beds (90 x 200). - Included in the price: sheets, towels, heating by heat pump. Baby bed, high chair, changing table. WIRELESS. - In addition: tourist tax. - Optional service: cleaning package (€180). For companies and business trips: obligatory cleaning fee (180 €/fortnight).
