WELCOME to the Maisonnette, ideally located at the entrance of the Château Park gate, in a very quiet neighborhood between the city center and the train station.
You will stay in a house from the late 19th century, fully renovated in 2024, overlooking a flower-filled garden and featuring parking for 2 vehicles with electric charging overnight, as well as a private garage. You can enjoy breakfast on one of the two shaded terraces before relaxing in the sauna facing the garden, with a shower nearby.
On the ground floor: A very pleasant living room with an open fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the garden.
- A bedroom for 2 people with a king-size bed.
- A shower room and separate toilet near the outdoor sauna.
Upstairs: A study area on the landing with the possibility of an additional sleeping arrangement.
- A bedroom with a view of the garden, featuring 2 single beds (or the option of a double bed).
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (or the option of a double bed) and internet access.
- A shower room/toilet.
2 car parking spaces with electric charging stations and a closed garage on the property.
