On a beautiful wooded property of 3000m² (semi-fenced), pretty gite with stone facade, adjoining the owners' house. A porch separates the 2 houses. Possibility to park on site. To know if you come with your animal, Monique and Serge have 5 cats. Passage of a traveling baker every morning.
The owners put their swimming pool at your disposal from July to the end of August. Your accommodation - Non-smoking:
On the ground floor: 28m² living room with kitchen open to the living room, sofa and TV, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, shower room with WC, accessible from the bedroom and the living room.
Upstairs: Choice of either 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, or 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds. 1 WC. Your outdoor space:
Private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, shared garden, possibility of using the trampoline and the swimming pool. -Included in the price: Gas central heating. WIRELESS. Cot and high chair on request. - Optional service: rental of sheets (€13/bed) - Bathroom linen (€5/person) - Cleaning fee (€60) For companies and business trips: rental of sheets and compulsory cleaning fee
